Design Concept

Located on the East Coast Road, 12A Ecstasea ,a weekend retreat is situated amidst the calm notes of the waves grazing the shore. The interior language accentuates the view framed by the ocean while enhancing visual interaction between spaces.

Exploring the concept of a space within a space, the semi-private and private spaces are treated in an inverse nature.

On stepping into the apartment, a décor composed of the warm brown hues etched against a pristine white backdrop develops. Devoid of walls running through the entire length, the collective pocket spaces with a warm palette ensures a feeling of additional space in this common volume and also an informal aura.

SPACE WITH IN SPACE - Representation of Visual Treat

The transitions are smoothly and dramatically characterized by varied tones and patterns yet cohesively holding the apartment stay visually linked.

This builds into the bedrooms, where there is a mixed balance of graphics and cool colour tones, each with a character of its own overlooking the seascape. Though different in vocabulary, the visual connect and material transition throughout the apartment at the eye level binds and holds this space together as one.
